2. The purpose of the training is to improve the competence of the denturologist undergoing it by updating his knowledge and developing the attitudes and behaviour that are essential to the practice of his profession.
The training may consist of any of the following activities:
(1)  practical training;
(2)  studies;
(3)  courses;
(4)  research;
(5)  clinical experimentation.
